How do I send my photo?

What kind of photo works best?
Use a clear, well-lit photo where each face is easy to see. Upload the original photo rather than a screenshot, and avoid heavy filters or anything that covers the face.
I’m ordering with 2–4 characters. What should I upload?
Upload one group photo or a separate photo of each character. Everyone will appear together on one poster.
Can I include my pet?
Yes. Each pet counts as one character. Select the total number of people and pets you want on your poster, up to a maximum of 4.
Can I write my own heading?
Yes. “Dead or Alive” is the standard heading, but you can enter your own text in the Heading field.
When will I get my poster?
We’ll email you a preview within 72 hours of your order, often much sooner. Once you approve the preview, we’ll email you the final file.
Will I receive a printed poster?
No. This is a digital product, and no physical poster will be shipped. You’ll receive a high-resolution JPG file prepared at 300 DPI, ready to print at home, at a local print shop or through an online printing service.

Find your preferred print size in the File Details tab and select the matching aspect ratio. For A5, A4, A3 or A2 prints, choose ISO. If the size you want isn’t listed, please contact us before ordering.
Can I ask for revisions?

Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number. If you notice an error when reviewing your preview, let us know before approving it.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted, but please contact us if you have any issues with your order.
